Trizanne Reserve Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2017

  • Harvest started the 2nd week of February and continued for 2 weeks. The different parcels were whole bunched pressed and fermented 100% in old French oak 500l, 300l and 225l barrels. Extended lees contact before blending. Partly natural fermented.

    Rich aromatics of lime, fresh pear, winter melon, hazelnuts and a touch of herbs.

    This intensity is continued on the palate with integrated flavours of fruit, spice and minerality; it is luxurious yet finely detailed. The elegance of the savoury finish is noticeable as the flavours very slowly fade. A delicious, elegant wine that leaves the drinker refreshed.
